ÉLANX protocols are generated using large language model AI (Claude by Anthropic), guided by a structured, evidence-based system prompt developed by our team. The AI synthesizes your intake data against current longevity and functional medicine research to produce personalized recommendations.
Every protocol is reviewed by a member of the ÉLANX team before delivery. The AI generates the draft; a human reviews it for quality, coherence, and appropriateness before it reaches you.
AI-generated health guidance has inherent limitations. Our recommendations are population-research-informed — they represent what works for most people with your profile, not a guarantee of what will work for you specifically. Your full Protocol, built with bloodwork, is significantly more precise.

ÉLANX is a health optimization and wellness advisory service. The personalized protocols we generate are based on the information you provide and our analysis of health optimization research. They are not created by licensed physicians and do not constitute a physician-patient relationship.
Nothing in your ÉLANX Snapshot or Protocol should be interpreted as a diagnosis of any health condition, a recommendation to start, stop, or change any medication, a replacement for professional medical care, or a guarantee of any specific health outcome.
You should always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, beginning any peptide protocol, making significant changes to your diet or exercise program, discontinuing any prescribed medication, or acting on any health information provided by ÉLANX.
This is especially important if you have any existing medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medications, have a family history of serious illness, or are under 18 years of age.
ÉLANX protocols are generated using artificial intelligence (large language model technology). While our AI system is guided by evidence-based health optimization research, AI-generated content has inherent limitations and may contain errors or omissions.
Every ÉLANX Protocol undergoes human review before delivery. However, this review is not a clinical evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional. It is a quality check by the ÉLANX team to ensure coherence and appropriate flagging of items requiring physician attention.
Supplement recommendations in ÉLANX protocols are based on peer-reviewed research. Evidence quality varies — from strong RCT evidence (e.g., creatine, omega-3, vitamin D) to emerging research with primarily animal model data (e.g., certain peptides). We clearly indicate evidence strength in our protocols.
Information about research peptides is provided for educational purposes only. Many peptides discussed are research compounds not approved by the FDA or equivalent regulatory bodies for human therapeutic use. ÉLANX does not supply, sell, source, or recommend specific vendors for any compound or supplement.
Peptide protocols requiring injection or prescription require physician supervision. ÉLANX will always recommend connecting with a licensed physician before undertaking any injectable or prescription protocol.

When bloodwork is provided that contains values indicating potential serious health concerns, ÉLANX will flag these prominently and recommend immediate physician consultation. These red flags include but are not limited to: fasting glucose above 126 mg/dL, HbA1c above 6.5%, PSA above 4.0 ng/mL (men), TSH outside the 0.3–4.5 range, or any value suggesting serious pathology.
Flagging by ÉLANX does not constitute a diagnosis. If we flag a value, please contact your physician promptly.

Payment information: Processed entirely through Stripe. ÉLANX never stores credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.
Usage data: Standard web analytics including page views, time on site, and interaction patterns. Used to improve the product, never to identify individuals beyond what's necessary.
Your information is used exclusively to:
— Generate your personalized Snapshot, Protocol, or Edge analysis
— Deliver your results via email
— Process payments and manage your account
— Communicate with you about your protocol, renewals, and product updates
— Improve our methodology over time (using aggregated, anonymized patterns only)
All sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols (TLS 1.3, AES-256).
Your data is stored on servers operated by enterprise cloud providers with SOC 2 Type II certification. Database access is restricted to authorized ÉLANX personnel only and logged for audit purposes.
While ÉLANX is not a HIPAA-covered entity (we operate as a wellness platform, not a healthcare provider), we have adopted security practices consistent with HIPAA standards.
ÉLANX uses large language model technology (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate your personalized analysis. When your intake data is sent to Claude for processing:
— Anthropic does not train its models on API inputs, per their data policy
— Data sent to the API is encrypted and processed solely to generate your output
— No personally identifying information beyond what's necessary for the analysis is included in the prompt
Other third-party processors include Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), and CraftMyPDF (document generation). Each operates under strict data processing agreements.
You have the right to:

— Request correction of inaccurate data
— Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
— Export your data in a portable format
— Object to specific processing activities
— Withdraw consent at any time

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Specifically:
— Active member data: retained while your account is active
— Historical Protocol data: retained for Year 2+ trajectory analysis (the foundation of ÉLANX Renewal)
— Inactive accounts: data deleted 24 months after last activity unless renewed
— Account deletion requests: data fully purged within 30 days

Payment is processed at the time of purchase via Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.
Refund policy: Because ÉLANX protocols are generated specifically for you and represent significant analytical work, all sales are final once intake has been completed. Before completing your intake, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@elanx.health.
Snapshot credit: The $149 Snapshot fee applies in full to any subsequent Protocol purchase within 12 months. This credit is non-transferable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ÉLANX, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to ÉLANX services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
